Melina Baracca

Melina Baracca has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Melina most recently worked at Wondr Health as the Market President, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of RVP, Health Plans at the same company from January 2023 to March 2023.

Before joining Wondr Health, Melina worked at HMS for a significant part of their career. Melina held the position of Senior Director, Client Engagement from July 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Director from June 2015 to June 2018.

Melina also has experience at HMS in various roles, including Sr. Manager and Manager in Carrier Optimization. Melina started as a Business Analyst II in 2006 and gradually moved up the ladder, eventually becoming a Senior Carrier Account Manager. Their tenure at HMS lasted from 2006 to 2015.

Melina's early career includes roles at the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and the New York Independent System Operator. Melina worked as a Business Analyst at both organizations from September 2005 to June 2006, and also served as a Quality Assurance Analyst at the New York Independent System Operator from September 2005 to May 2006.

Melina Baracca received their Bachelor's degree in Business Economics/Financial Management from the State University of New York Cortland in the period of 2000 to 2004. Melina then pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Business - Management Information Systems from the University at Albany, SUNY from 2004 to 2006.
