Gie Graus

Gie Graus holds extensive experience in project management and consultancy within the realms of urban development and real estate. Currently serving as directeur/partner at Linde Project BV since September 2013 and as Projectmanager at Wonen Limburg since October 2019, Gie Graus has also contributed as an external advisor for several municipalities, including Gemeente Maastricht and Gemeente Heerlen. Previous roles include project management and leadership positions for Exploitatiemaatschappij De Boer BV, Laudy Bouw & Ontwikkeling, and various municipal projects across Limburg. Gie Graus earned a Master of Science in Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Bouwkunde/Bouweconomie from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
