A.J.F. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and user experience. They most recently worked as the Director of Product Design at WONGDOODY starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director, Customer Experience Design at WONGDOODY from April 2020 to April 2022. A.J.F. also worked as an Instructor of User Experience at UCLA Extension starting in March 2019. They have held positions at various other companies, including Store No. 8, RPA, Doner, RED Interactive Agency, Deutsch LA, YapStone, and SignTist, where they gained experience in roles such as UX Lead, Director of Experience Design, Sr Experience Designer, and Design and Sales Manager. A.J.F. also has a background in freelance and consulting work, where they provided design and strategic consultation services to various clients.

A.J.F. attended UCLA for their Bachelor's Degree in Design | Media Arts, which was completed in 2004. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Media Design Practices at the ArtCenter College of Design, graduating in 2012.
