Erkin Aydin

Erkin Aydin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the digital transformation sector. Currently serving as EMEA Head of Operations and Engagement Director at WONGDOODY since July 2019, Erkin leads a team of over 10 Programme Directors and Project Managers while overseeing delivery across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. Prior to this role, Erkin held the position of Programme Director at Digitas UK, where responsibilities included leading global transformation programs and managing client portfolios. Additional experience includes roles at SapientNitro, m:pro Consulting, Accenture, and IBM, focusing on project management in various industries including oil and energy and financial services. Erkin holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical University, complemented by early academic experience as a Teaching Assistant.
