Juhi Dubey

Juhi Dubey has extensive work experience in human resources, with a background in technology and marketing. Juhi started their career as a Summer Intern at Future Capital in 2010. Juhi then joined Infosys in 2011, working their way up from Associate Lead to Senior Unit Manager in the Business Partner HR department. At Infosys, they were responsible for aligning human capital needs with business goals and managing HR programs and processes for a large number of employees globally. In 2018, they joined Infosys Digital as an HR Business Partner before moving to their current role at WONGDOODY as VP of Corporate Strategy in 2023.

Juhi Dubey completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they achieved a Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Electrical & Electronics from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Juhi attended St. Joseph Convent from 1991 to 2005, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for that period.
