Michael Chang

Michael Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in delivery and business operations management across various agencies. Currently serving as General Manager for North America and SVP of Delivery Operations at WONGDOODY since January 2019, Michael leads US delivery operations, creates scalable systems, forecasts agency staffing and budgets, and develops project management practices. Previously, as VP/Sr. Director of Program Management at SapientRazorfish from June 2015 to January 2019, Michael drove operations strategy across inter-agency accounts, ensuring quality client solutions through multidisciplinary team management. Earlier roles included Director of Program Management & Operations at Wunderman for the Land Rover team and progressive project management positions at Digitas and Draftfcb. Michael began a career in marketing at Stony Brook University, where a Bachelor of Arts degree in English was earned.
