Pieter Baltus

Pieter Baltus has over two decades of experience in the IT field, primarily focusing on Outsystems development and business analysis at WoningNet since July 2002. Key contributions include the development and management of various systems such as a native app for housing exchange, a housing mediation system, and multiple workflow systems for urgency grants and housing permits.
