Bas van Schelven

Bas van Schelven is an accomplished concept developer and project manager specializing in area development and real estate. Currently, Bas holds positions at Woningstichting Rochdale Amsterdam, overseeing projects such as the Brasa Village and Sportpark Poelenburg, and providing strategic advice within the concept development and architect teams. Additionally, Bas serves as a concept developer at Ymere and engages in architect selections and the annual inspiration day for portfolio renewal. As a producer and director of the Masterclass Conceptontwikkeling with NEPROM, Bas leads a significant training program in the real estate sector.
