David Baars is an experienced professional in the real estate and construction sectors, currently serving as the owner of Gezinshuis Rehoboth since October 2020 and as a project leader for Woningstichting Vechtdal Wonen since May 2021. Prior to these roles, David worked as a project leader and advisor at TriaCon BV from May 2018 to May 2021, and held positions as a property manager and inspector at Fortrus "The Building Care Company" from August 2008 to May 2018. David's career began as a building consultant at INEX bouwbeheer in 2007, and as a CAD draftsman at Deinum Architecten from 2005 to 2007. Education includes a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from Windesheim, obtained between 2000 and 2005, and earlier studies at Alfa College Groningen from 1997 to 2000.
