Carlos Ganoza

Carlos Ganoza is an experienced product leader currently serving as VP of Product at Wonolo, where responsibilities include overseeing product strategy and development. Ganoza co-founded and led Quantum Talent as CEO, a startup acquired by Wonolo, and has been actively involved with Endeavor as both a mentor and entrepreneur. Previous roles include Chief of Staff and Chief Policy Advisor at Peru's Ministry of Economy and Finance, and member of the investment committee at ProInversión Peru. Ganoza has also made significant contributions to SE Semana Económica as CEO and board member, and has founded the innovation program at Universidad de Piura. An alumnus of prestigious institutions, Ganoza holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and has completed various executive programs at Stanford and Harvard.
