Aren Chen

Aren Chen is an experienced DevOps Engineer currently at WOO Network since February 2022, with a prior role as Senior DevOps Engineer at Deep Sentinel from November 2019 to January 2022, where Aren was the first DevOps Engineer. Aren's career includes serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at GlobalSTOX Limited, where Aren was the first engineer, and as a Software Engineer focusing on Golang at Linker Networks Inc. Additionally, Aren has experience in C++ and Linux at Synology and BIOS firmware engineering at Quanta Computer Inc. As a co-founder and backend engineer at Foodie, a startup that achieved high ranking in the Apple Store, Aren was responsible for backend services using JAVA Spring Framework and MySQL. Aren holds a Master of Science in Biomathematics, Bioinformatics, and Computational Biology from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.
