Josselin R. has a varied work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Chargé de mission for the Ville de Chelles. In 2013, they took on the role of Responsable pédagogie/édition chez Tour du monde / InterFaith Tour, where they worked to network and map out initiatives in interreligious dialogue. In 2015, they took on the role of Chercheur en Science Politique, spécialité Études Africaines at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. There, they worked on research topics such as the invention of a new cosmopolitanism and African resources and conflicts. In 2016, they became a Chercheur for the programme "Mutations et Défis Africains" at heSam université. In 2017, they took on the roles of Délégué national à la sensibilisation and Délégué national adjoint à la Sensibilisation for Coexister. In 2018, they became a Formateur Communication Non Violente for InterFaith Tour and a Formation au Management Humain et Efficace for H Conseil. Josselin also took on the role of Product Owner Tech for good for Share it. In 2020, they became a Product Education Manager and Customer Care Manager for Wooclap. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Contributing Member for The Product Crew.
Josselin R. began their educational journey in 2003 when they attended Lycée Gasnier Guy Sainte Bathilde and obtained a Bac ES in 2010, with a focus on Maths, History, and Sociology. In 2012, they attended University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and obtained a Double Licence in History and Science Politique, with a focus on Contemporary African History of the Great Lakes. In 2014, they obtained a Master Science Politique from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, with a focus on Sociology, International Relations, Political Philosophy, and African Studies. Finally, in 2016, Josselin R. obtained a Diplome d'Initiation d'Arabe from Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco), with a focus on Arabic Language and Literature.
