Julie Sprague is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 2019, Julie has been serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at the Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Prior to this role, Julie worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from September 2010 to March 2019 as a Human Resources Manager, and at Target from June 2000 to September 2010, where Julie held various salaried positions, including Executive Team Leader. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, completed between 1997 and 2001.

Wood County Board of Developmental Disabilities
Since 1955, children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities have counted on Wood Lane’s ability to provide excellent services and supports. While the developmental disabilities system is ever-changing, the WCBDD adapts and continues to coordinate vital services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Wood County. Community members, civic and religious groups, BGSU, as well as businesses have been a critical part of our success. In addition, we have an excellent relationship with school districts and other human service agencies to ensure options and choices in education, employment, recreation, and community involvement. We continue to collaborate with service providers and recruit new providers to the area to increase those options and choices for the individuals we serve. Within the heart of each community, EVERYONE belongs!
