Vice President, Product at Wood Mackenzie

Craig Foot has extensive work experience in the field of product management and GIS development. Craig began their career in 2007 with the Petroleum Services Group at Deloitte, where they held various roles such as Associate GIS Technician, Senior Associate GIS Developer, and Manager GIS Developer. During their time at Deloitte, they were involved in the development of PetroView, a desktop extension for GIS packages, as well as the integration of spatial data with databases and the creation of mapping solutions. In 2015, Craig joined Wood Mackenzie as Lead GIS Specialist, where they developed a road map for the PetroView product and provided guidance to sales and marketing teams. Craig then transitioned into product management roles at Wood Mackenzie, starting as a Senior Product Manager and eventually becoming the Product Director. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, developed product roadmaps, and ensured the successful delivery of product development projects. Currently, Craig is the Vice President of Product at Wood Mackenzie. Overall, Craig's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, GIS development, and leadership skills in cross-functional teams.

Craig Foot obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental and Geospatial Information Management, with a field of study in Geomatics and Engineering, from UCL between 2003 and 2007. Craig has also obtained additional certifications including "Leadership and Change" from LSE Online and "Product Focus Certified Product Manager" from Product Focus in 2023. In 2021, they became a "Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc. and in 2018 they obtained the "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" certification from Scrum Alliance.
