Marcin Kopacz

Marcin Kopacz has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Marcin currently works at Wood Mackenzie as a Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer, where they are responsible for developing a new version of the analytics platform. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., they held two roles, starting as an Associate Software Developer and later transitioning to an Object Oriented Developer. During their time at JPMorgan, they built deep domain knowledge in risk management, derivatives, and client clearing. Prior to JPMorgan, Marcin worked at ETL Factory as a Software Developer, where they developed web apps for the Data Analysis team. Marcin also worked at Caliberi as a Developer, where they developed a workflow and order management system, as well as a content creation platform. Marcin's early experience includes working as a Network Analyst at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they provided network support and contributed to project handovers.

Marcin Kopacz earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the Military University of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2013. Marcin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology - Software Systems at Heriot-Watt University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Model Thinking and Critical Thinking in Global Challenges from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2013.
