Adam Lulay

Adam Lulay is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Wood Partners since June 2022, Adam previously held the position of Vice President of Construction for the Rocky Mountain Region at Swinerton from January 2012 to June 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at Swinerton, Development Manager at Arriba Verde Development, Project Engineer/Assistant PM at Cahill Contractors, and Sales and Estimating Coordinator at Canyon Construction. Adam began a career in the industry as Owner and Operator of Luna Harbor Investment & Development Services and as On-Site Construction Manager & Wireless Telecommunication Sub-Contractor at L&I Associates. Adam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College and graduated from Mountain Lakes High School with a high school diploma.
