Bill Deniger

Bill Deniger is an experienced Project Manager currently with Wood Partners since February 2014, overseeing the construction of multifamily residential projects. Previous roles include Development Manager at Diamond Realty Investments, where Bill managed student housing projects nationwide, and Campus Master Planning Consultant for Southfield School. Bill's extensive project management expertise encompasses significant roles at various construction and real estate development companies, including Vice President of Construction at UDR and Owner's Project Manager at Gables Residential and The John Hardy Group International, where Bill led numerous large-scale developments and renovations. Bill's educational background includes studies at the University of North Texas and Highland Park High School.
