Bryce Long

Bryce Long has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Bryce is currently serving as the Vice President of Development at Wood Partners since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Greystar as a Senior Associate from June 2019 to February 2022. Bryce also served as a Development Manager at Strategic Property Partners, LLC from July 2017 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Bryce held various roles at Foulger-Pratt including Development Associate, Senior Development Analyst, Development Analyst, Senior Project Engineer, and Project Engineer from May 2010 to July 2017. Bryce began their career as a Maintenance Manager at Elms Apartments from April 2008 to April 2010.

Bryce Long pursued their education at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, they attended Brigham Young University, obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Construction Management.
