Carl Anderson

Carl Anderson has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Carl started their career in 1994 as the owner of Anderson Homes Design Builders Inc., where they served as a general contractor, designer, and project management consultant. Carl worked on projects of various sizes and durations.

In 2006, Carl joined Wayne Brothers Inc. as a Development Manager, where they successfully revitalized a failing development project and established new business relationships. Carl also implemented a new sales and marketing plan that increased brand awareness and raised ROI. Carl left the company in 2008.

From 2010 to 2013, Carl worked at Restoration Plus Services Inc. as a Project Manager/Estimator. Carl used estimating software and provided sketch work to estimate disaster recovery services. Carl managed multiple projects simultaneously and maintained client relations during mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction.

In 2013, Carl joined TruTeam as a Commercial Project Manager, where they provided estimating and project management assistance for insulation and specialty products in commercial and multi-family construction projects until 2015.

Carl then worked at Cambridge Swinerton Builders, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2017.

Currently, Carl is working at Wood Partners as a Senior Project Manager. Carl has held various roles within the company, including Project Executive and Vice President of Construction.

Carl Anderson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Carl also holds certifications such as "Achievers" from the Bell Leadership Institute, which they obtained in April 2022, and a certification as a Commercial General Contractor from the NASCLA - National Association of State Contractors Licensing Agencies, which they obtained in May 2019.
