Michael Nagy

Michael Nagy has diverse work experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. Michael has worked at Wood Partners as a Managing Director, where they oversaw all aspects of the development process for multifamily and mixed-use projects in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to that, they were a Director and VP of Development at the same company.

Before joining Wood Partners, Nagy worked at Holland Partner Group as a Senior Development Manager, responsible for managing the development process for various projects, including site acquisition, entitlement, and construction oversight. Michael also handled leasing strategy and negotiations with tenants and brokers.

Nagy began their career in investment banking, working as an Investment Banking Associate at Robert W. Baird & Co. Michael led the execution of capital raising and financial advisory transactions for real estate companies. Michael also worked as an Investment Banking Associate at FBR, where they executed financing and advisory assignments in the real estate sector.

Nagy interned at JP Morgan Chase as a Summer Finance Analyst and at Health Care REIT as a Summer Analyst. Overall, Nagy's work experience spans project management, development, finance, and investment banking within the real estate industry.

Michael Nagy attended Miami University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
