Tina Arruda

Tina Arruda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and leadership roles within the real estate industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Wood Partners since April 2014, Tina has previously held the same title at BlackRock from December 2005 to April 2014. Tina's career began in property management, with positions at CBRE, Leggat McCall Properties, and Insignia/ESG from 1995 to 2005, as well as a brief tenure as Property Manager at The Mayo Group in 2005.
