Rick Rufatt

Rick Rufatt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and information technology sectors. Currently serving as an Information Technology Field Technician at Wood Ranch since June 2021, Rick previously held the position of Senior Markets Customer Care Representative at Blue Shield of California from July 2020 to June 2021. With a significant tenure at Wood Ranch from January 2003 to December 2019, Rick advanced from bartender to Managing Partner, where responsibilities included sales management, community relations, cost management, operational oversight, staff training and supervision, complaint resolution, budget management, quality assurance, and scheduling. Rick holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, completed in 1997.
