Simon Turpin

Simon Turpin has a strong work experience background in project management and delivery. Simon currently serves as the Lead Project Manager at Wood Thilsted, where they oversee the project delivery on a Detailed Design project being developed in the US. Previously, they worked at Lloyd's Register, where they held various roles, including Lead specialist renewables and low carbon/Senior PM, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. During their time at Lloyd's Register, Simon was responsible for delivering project services to the offshore wind sector and managing the delivery of services to specific projects. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental Superintendent at Zodiac Maritime Agencies Ltd, focusing on green technology appraisal and retrofit. Simon's career began as a Marine Surveyor at Lloyd's Register.

Simon Turpin earned a Bachelor of Engineering (MEng) degree in Naval Architecture from the University of Southampton, which they attended from 2001 to 2005.
