Charles Partney

Charles Partney is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in education, ministry, and customer service. Currently serving as a Lead Tech at Woodard Cleaning & Restoration since December 2018, Charles also fulfills the dual roles of Training Instructor and Bus Driver within the Dunklin School District R-5 since October 2013. Possessing a Class B Driver’s License with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements, along with a Driver’s Instructor certification from the State of Missouri, Charles has contributed significantly to driver training. Additionally, Charles is a long-term Minister and Evangelist with The Assemblies of God and served as a Youth Pastor at First Assembly of God from 1994 to 2004, focusing on the spiritual and physical needs of teenagers. Prior experience includes managing customer service operations at The Parcel Express, where shipping and logistics were primary responsibilities. Charles holds a License to Preach in Pastoral Studies from Central Bible College, attended from 1990 to 1992.
