Leslie Dumas

Leslie has three decades of experience providing hydrogeologic, hydrologic, environmental, and scientific consultation for water resources projects. She is actively working on Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA)-related issues throughout California and has considerable experience preparing planning and environmental studies and documents, including Integrated Water Resources Plans, Urban Water Management Plans, Groundwater Management Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, grant funding applications, and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Initial Studies and Environmental Impact Reports for various civil projects.
