Lucy Shuman

Lucy Shuman is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in sustainability, environmental management, and hazardous waste operations. Currently serving as the Hazardous Waste Storage Facility Manager and Operator 1 at Woodard & Curran since January 2024, Lucy's previous experience includes roles such as a Water Treatment Operator for Gwinnett County Government and Edibles Manufacturing Manager and Creator at Level Minds. Lucy has also contributed to sustainability initiatives as a Sustainability Intern at Kids2 and engaged in nonprofit development for Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance, focusing on therapeutic gardening. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability from Wake Forest University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies & Social Justice from Agnes Scott College.
