Jim Perry

Jim Perry is an experienced leader in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Vice President Managing Director at Woodbridge Pacific Group since October 2020. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at William Lyon Homes from January 2017 to October 2020, Director of Construction at Beazer Homes from July 2015 to January 2017, and Vice President of Operations at KB Home from December 2013 to March 2015. Additionally, Jim Perry was President of J. Perry Communities from January 2011 to March 2013 and served as Division President at KHovnanian from 1998 to 2010.
