Adam Thomas Pritchard

Adam Thomas Pritchard is a Senior Corporate Counsel at Woodbury Corporation, overseeing the negotiation of real property purchase and sale contracts for commercial developments, with a proven track record of closing over $538M in transactions since May 2015. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Criminal Defense Law Clerk at the Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association and at Athay, DeLand & Mauro, as well as serving as a Janet D. Steiger Fellow with the Utah Attorney General's Office, where Adam conducted complex legal research on corporate merger reviews and antitrust issues.
