Joe Nelson

Joe Nelson serves as a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist at Highland Commercial Inc. since June 2011, where responsibilities include working as an analyst and underwriter for long-term, income-producing commercial real estate properties. Additionally, Joe has been a Loan Closing Specialist and Loan Servicing Manager at Woodbury Corporation since June 2011. From April 2013 to March 2017, Joe contributed as a board member and Open Player Representative for Wasatch Beach Volleyball, focusing on social media. Prior to these roles, Joe worked as a Sales Representative at CLEARLINK in 2010. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Psychology from the University of Utah, completing studies between 2006 and 2013.
