Scott George began their career in 1997 as the Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott Salt Lake City/Sandy. In 1999, they became the General Manager at Hampton Inn - Sandy, UT. Scott joined Hilton in 2005 as the Regional Director of Brand Performance Support. In 2008, they started working at Woodbury Corporation, first as the Director of Hotel Operations and later as the Vice President of Hotel Operations. In their role, they oversaw the operations and sales of 12 hotels across Utah, Nebraska, and Idaho. Scott was dedicated to day-to-day involvement with hotel team members.
Scott George attended Chippewa Valley High School from 1986 to 1990. Scott then enrolled at Michigan State University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1990 to 1995.
