Eliana has held various positions at Child360 (formerly LAUP) from December 2016 to February 2022, including Consultant and Family Engagement Specialist. Currently, Eliana works at Woodcraft Rangers as the Director of Learning and Development, after previously serving as the Associate Director of Learning and Development and Early Learning Manager.
