Nancy Arias

Nancy Arias currently serves as the Associate Director of Programs at Woodcraft Rangers since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Program Manager at Communities In Schools of Los Angeles from July 2021 to September 2025 and worked as the Operations & Grant Manager at After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles from November 2019 to July 2021. Nancy's extensive experience in the youth development sector includes various positions at the Youth Policy Institute from March 2009 to October 2019, such as Assistant Director, Learning and Development Manager, Curriculum and Evaluation Coordinator, Regional Supervisor, and Enrichment Project Specialist. Nancy also held the position of Site Director at YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles for a brief period in 2008 and has prior experience as an Assistant Manager at Charlotte Russe, a Site Coordinator at the Los Angeles Unified School District, and a Store Manager at Claire's Inc. Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Northridge.
