Kirstin Russow

Kirstin Russow, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Supervisor for Doswell Operating Group, overseeing recruitment efforts for multiple companies including Woodfin - Your Home Team and EMC Mechanical Services since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist where responsibilities included sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process. Kirstin has a strong background in education and counseling, having worked as a High School Counselor with New Kent County Public Schools and served as a Curriculum Specialist at Rainbow Station. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on Special Education and Teaching from Virginia Commonwealth University.
