Eric Scroggs

Eric Scroggs, Ed.D. has extensive experience in the field of special education. Eric began their career in 2000 as a School Psychologist at Dysart Unified School District. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Special Education Director at Streator Elementary School District. Eric then moved to East Peoria Elementary School District and worked there from 2007 to 2013, with their last position being the Director of Special Services. Since 2013, they have been serving as the Executive Director of the Woodford County Special Education Association, where they are responsible for the leadership of special education programs and the management of organization finances.

Eric Scroggs, Ed.D. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Eureka College in 1998. Eric then obtained a Specialist's Degree in School Psychology from Eastern Illinois University from 1998 to 2001. In 2004 and 2005, they pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Arizona State University. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they earned a Specialist's Degree in Superintendency from Eastern Illinois University. Lastly, from 2014 to 2017, they completed their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at Aurora University.
