Kaitlyn Kyro, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Corporate Human Resources Manager and previously held the role of Corporate Human Resources Generalist at Woodgrain since August 2022. With extensive experience in human resources and emergency management, Kaitlyn has been part of the United States Army Reserve since April 2013, where responsibilities have included Brigade Command Staff - Public Affairs NCOIC and Human Resources Sergeant. Previous positions include Emergency Management Coordinator and Document Control Specialist at Weiser Memorial Hospital, as well as Emergency Management Officer at Payette County Sheriff's Office. Early career experience includes roles at Linfield College and Gem County Recreation District. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Boise State University, along with study in International Relations and Affairs from Linfield University.
