Dorothy Q. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Dorothy started their career at Michael Garron Hospital in 2006 as a Registered Nurse. Dorothy then progressed to roles such as Nursing Practice Leader, Geriatric Nurse Specialist/Clinical Projects Lead, and Project Manager - ED Flow & Quality Improvement. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Manager of the Emergency Department, NLOT & GEM, COVID Assessment Centre and Outreach. In 2020, they joined WoodGreen Community Services as the Director of Assisted Living Services and Seniors Programs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Community Care at WoodGreen Community Services. In 2022, they returned to Michael Garron Hospital, where they are currently the Director of Emergency Services and also handles Transitional Care. Dorothy possesses a wealth of experience in various healthcare management roles, highlighting their expertise in emergency services and geriatric care.

Dorothy Q. earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University between 2002 and 2006. Dorothy later pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from McMaster University from 2019 to 2022.
