Mwarigha M.S

Mwarigha M.S is the current VP of Housing & Homelessness Services at WoodGreen Community Services. Mwarigha has been in this role for the past 5 years and is responsible for a $10 million budget and leading a team of 50 people. Mwarigha is also responsible for WoodGreen's corporate assets, which are valued at over $500 million. Prior to their current role, Mwarigha was the General Manager at Peel Housing Corporation where they were responsible for a $1 billion social housing asset portfolio and an annual budget of $100 million. During their time at Peel Housing Corporation, Mwarigha led the company through an extensive stakeholder engagement process to develop new options for the future of the corporation. Mwarigha was also recognized by KPMG for their innovation in public services.
