Steve Vanderherberg is the Vice President of Community Programs and has been with the organization in various roles since 2008. Steve and his team are responsible for the program areas of newcomer services, financial empowerment, employment, workforce development and volunteer services impacting over 13,000 clients a year.
Steve has worked in the community sector for over 20 years and is a strong advocate for designing client-centered approaches to empowering individuals towards meaningful employment, financial stability and supportive communities. Steve has extensive knowledge in program delivery and design and holds an Honors Bachelor of Science and Master of Management of Innovation from University of Toronto.
