Kate Poppendeck

Kate Poppendeck has a diverse background in hospitality and retail management, currently serving as an Executive Search Coordinator at Medtronic since August 2024. Previously, Kate held various roles at Target, including Executive Team Lead for Specialty Sales and Closing Experience, where significant sales growth and operational efficiencies were achieved. Kate's experience also encompasses several positions in the hospitality sector, including Executive Meeting Manager at Graduate Minneapolis and Hilton Minneapolis St. Paul Airport, and Sales Coordinator at The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management from The University of the South Pacific.
