Jakob R. Degeare

Jakob R. DeGeare has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales, marketing, corporate development, and real estate. Jakob R. is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Woodie's Wash Shack since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Sales from January 2023 till March 2023. Before joining Woodie's Wash Shack, Jakob worked as the Marketing Director from February 2022 to January 2023. Jakob R. also worked as a Corporate Development Analyst at Woodie's Wash Shack from January 2020 to February 2022. Additionally, Jakob has experience as a Corporate Development Analyst at Phillips Development & Realty from January 2020 to February 2022. Jakob R. also worked as a Realtor Sales Associate at Barger Real Estate from June 2016 to July 2017, and completed a CRE Development Internship at Belleair Development Group from May 2014 to September 2014.

Jakob R. DeGeare completed their high school education at Shorecrest Preparatory School from 2005 to 2016. Jakob R. pursued their undergraduate degree in Real Estate at the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2019, specializing in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Prior to attending UCF, they briefly attended Auburn University in 2015-2016 with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
