Kevin Willis has a diverse and extensive background in operations and supply chain management. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Woodland Foods. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Operations at Kronos Foods Corp., where they were responsible for managing manufacturing technologies and building relationships with external and internal customers. Before that, they worked as the Director of Operations at DS Services, overseeing multiple sites and driving the vision and mission for each plant. Kevin has also worked as a Plant Manager at Kerry, implementing proactive safety programs and achieving a record of 1.5 years without a Lost Time Incident. Kevin gained valuable experience during their time at Mondelēz International, formerly Kraft Foods and Cadbury, where they served as a Business Unit Manager and Materials Manager. In these roles, they managed production areas, drove continuous improvement, and established key performance indicators. Prior to that, they worked at Kraft Foods Group and Cadbury plc. in various materials management and operations management positions. Kevin's early career includes roles at Givaudan Flavors (formerly Quest International) as the Head of Operations - Plant Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations and supply chain management, and at Quest International, where they held various supply chain roles. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, establishing strategic KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Kevin Willis completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Operations - Business Management from Empire State University between 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Hotel Tech/Food Service - Business from State University of New York at Delhi, which they completed from 1986 to 1989.
