David Howard

David Howard is an experienced sales consultant and educator with a diverse background in both the real estate and church sectors. Currently serving as an Executive New Home Sales Consultant at Woodland Homes of Huntsville, Inc. since January 2013, David specializes in providing comprehensive support for new home construction and financing in the Phillips Ridge Community. Prior to this role, David held various positions as a Student Pastor at multiple churches, where responsibilities included curriculum development, strategic planning, and event management. David's earlier experience as a Residential Home Sales Inspector at Cooks Pest Control involved managing sales territories and developing strategic sales plans. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Southeastern Bible College and has a strong foundation in both theological studies and customer service.
