John Steger

John Steger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training and new construction development. Currently serving as Vice President of New Construction Development at Exit Realty North since October 2015, John focuses on establishing a new division centered on builder contracts and enhancing the skills of Exit Agents. As the Owner of Steger Sales Solutions since March 2010, John develops custom sales training programs and delivers keynote addresses nationwide. Additionally, John has held the position of Hub Manager at Woodland Homes of Huntsville, Inc. since October 2005, where responsibilities include providing guidance on financing and market conditions for eight communities. Previous experience includes founding Performance Enhancement Group, LLC, which offered educational services to Fortune 1000 companies, and serving as Director of Sales and Management Training at Shield Technology, Inc. John Steger holds an education from the Master Academy of Closers and completed studies at Lee High School.
