Katie McAteer is an accomplished HR professional and leadership consultant with extensive experience in employee relations, talent management, coaching, and operational strategy. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations at Northwest Center, Katie also operates KM Coaching & Consulting, focusing on empowering individuals in their personal and professional journeys.
