Diana Jara Bajo

Diana Jara Bajo is an experienced Spanish teacher with a strong background in creating engaging learning environments for students at various educational institutions. Currently serving as a Spanish Teacher for Lower School at Woodland School since August 2019, Diana has successfully increased the program's recognition among parents and students, while also acting as the school's Spanish translator during parent-teacher conferences. Previously, Diana worked at Summit Public Schools, where lesson plans focused on Spanish grammar, conversation, vocabulary, geography, and cultural traditions. Diana also taught second-grade gifted and talented students at Mountain View Whisman School District, assessing reading levels and fostering an enjoyable classroom environment. Diana holds a degree in Elementary Education from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and participated in the Stanford World Language Project at Stanford University Graduate School of Education.
