Heidemarie Haas is an experienced educator with a diverse teaching background, currently serving as a Kindergarten Teacher at Woodland School since August 2020. Previous positions include Kindergarten English Teacher at Chinese American International School and Primary School Teacher for Year 1 at Riverside School Prague. Additionally, Heidemarie has extensive experience as a substitute teacher across various school districts, focusing on Language Arts and implementing Reader's and Writer's Workshops. Before entering the education field, Heidemarie worked as a Production Artist for Via Magazine and held roles in production and editorial design at Sunset Magazine and The Prague Post. Heidemarie holds a Clear Credential in Education from UC San Diego, a Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects from San Francisco State University, and a B.A. in Communications from California State University, Bakersfield.
