Mac Harman is the Founder and CEO of Balsam Brands, a global retailer specializing in holiday decor and gifts. With a career spanning multiple sectors, Harman has served as an Area Officer and Board Member for YPO, and as a Trustee at Woodland School, contributing to governance and audit committees. In addition, Harman has been involved with Negrense Volunteers for Change US, Inc., helping to alleviate poverty in the Philippines. Previous roles include Board Member at Man Crates and OkCupid.com, and Co-Founder of ProService Boise, which was acquired by Valor Global. Harman's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Progress Wire Products and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, complemented by an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Williams College.
