Heather Goodlander has significant experience in office management and accounts receivable, currently serving as Office Manager at Havertys Furniture since May 2023. Prior to this role, Heather was an Accounts Receivable Specialist at Invitae, managing a large client base and utilizing various software tools for collection efforts. As an Accounting Specialist Supervisor at Zix/AppRiver, Heather successfully led a team and significantly reduced aged inventory. Additional experience includes managing office accounts at Lakeview Center Inc, overseeing payroll and billing processes, and working as a Human Resources Specialist at Hwashin America Corp., handling recruitment and employee training. Heather holds an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Reid State Technical College.
