Sean Tolbert

Sean Tolbert is an experienced Nurse Practitioner currently serving in the Emergency Department at Santa Rosa Medical Center since November 2023. Previously, Sean worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Urology at Woodlands Medical Specialists and in Immediate Care with HCA Healthcare Physician Services Group. Sean's background includes extensive clinical experience at West Florida Hospital, where roles included House Supervisor and Cardiovascular Lab RN, as well as an Assistant Nurse Manager in Pediatric Care and Quality Improvement. Early career experience includes a Paramedic role at Lifeguard Transportation, with responsibilities in 911 emergency care and as a Flight Nurse/Paramedic. Sean holds a Master of Science in Family/Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama and a BSN from the University of West Florida, along with an ADN from Pensacola State College.
