Kristen Gilley currently serves as the Director of Executive Operations & Marketing at Woodlands Senior Living, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of marketing plans, management of digital and social media campaigns, and support for employee recruitment and retention. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters at Community Concepts, managing daily operations, staff support, grant writing, and fundraising efforts. Kristen also has experience as a Development Associate at the American Lung Association, contributing to events and membership programs, and as a tutor at Woonsocket Middle School, overseeing and assisting students with their academic challenges. An internship at the Make-A-Wish Foundation involved writing press releases and planning fundraising events. Kristen earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Bryant University, with a focus on Marketing.
